職務說明:
1.Build up and manage electronic engineering team with professional capability to meet APT’s business demand and growth (Manager)
2.Plan and implement design and testing tools
3.Manage the team to complete product design on schedule
4.Set up and implement systematic and efficient methods for team’s
a)feasibility study
b)design
c)design review
d)debugging/problem solving
5.Manage engineering team to meet
a)required/targeted
b)discipline
c)productivity
d)on-time delivery
e)professionalism
6.Optimize working model between engineering team and manufacturing vendors to bring design to sample, pilot run or mass production timely
7.Define EVT and DVT’s test items and template and implementation on new product’s EVT/DVT’s report
8.Implement DFX methodologies – Design for 9.Cost/Manufacturing/Quality/Service, etc.
10.Implement risk management and analysis methodologies in design
11.Continue to increase design engineering’s capability, problem solving skills and technological knowledge
12.Define job description for all level engineers
專長條件:
1.B.S or M.S Engineering or equivalent experience
2.Hands-on (testing, verifying and validating) experience of hardware
3.Knowledge of network architecture and Operating Systems
4.2 years of experience in PC, IPC or embedded PC industries
5.Good trouble shooting and communication skills
